2. Hosting

This website is hosted by Vercel Inc., 440 N Barranca Ave #4133, Covina, CA 91723, USA. When you visit the site, Vercel processes technically necessary data (IP address, date and time, page requested, browser and operating system) in server logs. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in providing the site securely and reliably (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Data may be transferred to the USA; Vercel is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and the EU Standard Contractual Clauses apply in addition.

3. Early-access form

When you submit the form we process your email address and, if provided, your name and company/role in order to contact you about the product. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time with effect for the future by email.

Submissions are transmitted via Formspree (Formspree Inc., USA), with whom a data-processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR is in place. Formspree forwards the form data to us by email and keeps a copy in its inbox; the transfer to the USA is based on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses. Providing your data is voluntary. We delete the data once the contact is concluded, at the latest twelve months after your request, or immediately if you withdraw your consent.

4. Fonts and scripts

All fonts and scripts are served from our own server. No third-party content (e.g. Google Fonts) is loaded.

5. Demo booking

The “Book a demo” button leads to an external booking service (e.g. Cal.com). Data is only processed once you open that site; the provider's privacy policy applies. While no booking link is configured, the button opens an email to us.

6. No cookies, no tracking

This website sets no cookies, stores nothing locally in your browser and uses no analytics or tracking services.

7. Contact by email

If you contact us by email (including via the “Book a demo” button while no booking link is configured), we process your details to handle your request. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual steps) or our legitimate interest in answering enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We delete the correspondence once the request is concluded and no statutory retention obligations apply.

8. Your rights

You have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection (Art. 21), as well as the right to withdraw consent at any time (Art. 7(3)). You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR), for example the Bavarian State Office for Data Protection Supervision.
